Introducing Sierra | Co-Stylist + Essential Stylist at August Pearl Salon in Mt Juliet, TN.
At APS, growth always mean intention. It means refining our standards, elevating our guest experience, and creating opportunities for the next generation of stylists to grow the right way. We are so excited to officially introduce Sierra, our newest edition to the APS Team. She is currently stepping into her role as our Co-Stylist and Essential Stylist while she completes advanced service training and testing and perfects the APS Guest Experience Standards.
WHAT DOES “CO-STYLIST” MEAN?
At APS, we don't rush growth. Sierra is in our structured development phase, which means:
- She is refining technical services to APS standards
- She is completing hands-on evaluations on mannequins and live models
- She is mastering consultation flow, timing, and luxury guest experiences
- She is working closely under mentorship to ensure consistency
This intentional transition ensures that when she fully steps into her Essential Stylist role, she is 100% aligned with the elevated guest experience APS is known for.
MODEL PRICING THROUGH APRIL 1ST, 2026
To support her development, Sierra is offering model pricing on select services through April 1st, 2026. Model appointments allow real-time education and refinement, additional time built into services, direct oversight when needed, and a reduced introductory price for guests. This is the perfect opportunity if you are flexible with timing, love supporting rising talent, want beautiful hair at a lower introductory rate, and enjoy being part of the growth process.
Model pricing is temporary and will increase once Sierra officially transitions out of this level of development.
